The problem
The commercial process was distributed across tools, states, and human decisions. The client needed one controlled, auditable route the team could understand and operate.
The solution
I designed the operating architecture, n8n workflows, scoring and matching rules, HubSpot and Airtable synchronization, email templates, security controls, and daily operating documentation.
Outcome
The working dashboard consolidated a normalized base of 35 financial institutions and 89 products, preparing the process for controlled testing, human review, and operational continuity.
